摘要
对３１９例６０岁以上病人在硬膜外麻醉下行股骨手术的资料进行分析。其中术前有并存疾病者达７６％，以循环和呼吸系统疾病为主。说明中低平面的麻醉对循环功能仍有明显影响，辅助药则加重循环和呼吸抑制。提示完善术前准备，控制麻醉平面，强化术中管理是提高围手术期安全的保证。认为硬膜外麻醉仍是老年人股骨手术较为理想的麻醉方式。
Peridural anesthesia in femoral surgery for 319 patients over 60 years old were analyzed. Of which 76 percent complicated with diseases before operation, the leading diseases were circulatory and respiratory ones. The anesthesia at middle worsen of low level can obviously affect the circulatory function and the adjuvant can result in the worsen of inhibition of circulation and respiration. It indicated that the completion of preoperative preparation, controling the level of anesthesia, and strenthening the intraoperative manipulation were the keys to improve the intraoperative safty. It can be concluded that peridural anesthesia is still an ideal way for femoral surgery for the aged.
