摘要
目的：介绍冠状进路治疗鼻窦骨瘤、骨化纤维瘤的经验。方法：采用该术式进路治疗７例鼻窦巨大骨瘤、骨化纤维瘤。结果：随访７例无颅内外并发症病例发生。结论：头皮双冠状进路能最大限度地暴露病变，且面部无手术疤痕。
Abstract Objective:To introduce the experience of intracranial approach to treat the nasal
sinus large osteoma or the ossifying fibroma.Methods:Intracranial approach was applied in 7
patients with the diseases.There were 4 males and 3 females ranging in age from 8 to 34 years.
Results:Followup showed that complications of intracranial and extracranial were not found in
all cases.Conclusion:Those approach could expose tumor without any operative scar left on
face.\
