摘要
总结我院１９９２～１９９８年收治鼻窦真菌病１０例，认为鼻窦真菌病的主要临床特征是：①单个侧鼻窦受累，尤其是上颌窦；②单侧头痛、鼻塞、脓血涕或鼻腔干酪样物；③ＣＴ扫描常见鼻腔鼻窦有软组织块影或钙化斑；④鼻腔鼻窦有阻塞因素存在。柯－陆氏手术是本病的主要治疗手段。而鼻内窥镜手术在清理筛窦或蝶窦病变组织及术后窦腔护理有明显的优点。
Abstract Ten patients with mycosis of nasal sinus were encountered in our department from
1992 to 1998.The main clinical features of mycosis nasal sinus were: (1) Single nasal sinus
was involved,especially maxillary sinus.(2) Common symptoms included unilateral headache
and nasal obstruction,pus or bloodstain in the nasal discharge and caseous matter in the nasal
cavity.(3) The feature of CT scan was either shadow of soft tissue masses or calcific focus in
the involved nasal sinus.(4) Obstructive factors presented in the involved nasal cavity or sinus.
CaldwellLucs surgery was important kind of operation.FESS had obvious advantage,such as
cleaning of affected tissue in ethmoid sinus or sphenoid sinus with mycosis,postoperative
nursing of sinus cavity and so on.\=
