摘要
我国现存的公共服务供给模式是以政府为绝对主体,忽视甚至压抑了市场与社会力量。在市场经济愈演愈烈的今天,公众日益迫切地要求高质量、差异化的公共服务供给,而目前政府无法单独担此重任以满足公众对公共服务的需求,由此导致了一系列难以解决的社会问题,公共服务供给亟待改革。研究现有公共服务供给模式的问题所在,探索出适应市场经济时代的新型公共服务供给模式,以适应我国目前的需要。
Government is the main subject for the public service model,having overlooked and suppressed the power of market and society.With the rapid development of the market-oriented economy,the public is in urgent need of high quality service with diversity.The existing government is unable to meet the demand,having brought a series of social problems.Public service models call for reforms.This paper aims at finding out the problems and solutions to adapt the current demand.
