从城市空间结构演变的角度,结合常用的地价理论和城市发展规律,探讨了从城市空间结构演变角度看房地产开发的空间区位选择,以期指导房地产开发商在城市结构演变过程中合理选择区位和开发时机。
From the aspect of the structural evolution of urban space, the paper combining with the common ground price theory and the law of the urban development, explores the space location seiection of the development of the real estate from the aspect of the structural evolution of the urban space, so as to direct the reasonable location selection and the development opportunity for the evolution process of the urban structure.
