摘要
结合《中华人民共和国行政强制法》(草案)、《中华人民共和国海商法》第九章及《1989年国际救助公约》的有关规定,介绍强制救助的含义、性质、构成要件、措施种类、实施程序以及法律后果,并得出相应结论。
Combined with the relevant provisions of Administrative Compulsory Enforcement Law of the People＇s Republic of China（Draft）,Chapter IX of Maritime Code of the People＇s Republic of China and International Convention on Salvage,1989,this paper introduced the concept,nature,constitute requirements,types of measures and procedure of implementation of compulsory salvage,pointed out the legal consequences of maritime compulsory salvage,and drew the appropriate conclusions.
