摘要
社区卫生服务的健康、可持续发展有赖于人力资源的合理配置。本研究在文献研究的基础上,对现有人力资源配置现状进行分析,提出具体的建议,以期为制定城市社区卫生人力资源配置政策提供参考依据。
The sustainable development of community health services depends on reasonable allocation of human re- sources. In this paper, on the bais of literature research, we analyze the deep reasons of existing problem of human resources sit- uation, put forth some concrete proposals in order to provide the reference to formulating the appropriate policies of health human resources in community.
