摘要
目的了解社区卫生人员培训临床实训基地评估指标体系的信度和效度。方法主要采用德尔菲专家咨询法。结果第一轮社区卫生人员培训临床实训基地评估指标体系专家咨询后一级指标基本条件、师资队伍、组织与管理、社区基地的信度分别为0.717、0.710、0.863、0.754,总指标信度为0.902;第二轮专家咨询后四个一级指标的信度依次为0.541、0.507、0.809、0.904,总指标信度为0.895。结论社区卫生人员培训临床实训基地评估指标体系具有较好的信度与效度。
Objective To study a set of evaluation index system for the clinical training base of the community health worker. Methods The Delphi expert consultation method was used. Results The primary index system after the first round of ex- pert consultation： the reliability of basic conditions, group of teachers, the organization and management, community base was 0. 717, 0. 710, 0. 863, 0. 754, with a total target reliability 0. 902. While the primary index system after the second round of expert, the reliability of basic conditions, group of teachers, the organization and management , community base was 0. 541, 0. 507, 0. 809, 0. 904, with a total target reliability 0. 895. Conclusion The index system has good reliability and validity considering the test results of reliability and validity.
