超声波辅助回流法制备高度对称的氧化锌微晶

Preparation of Highly Symmetric Zinc Oxide Microcrystal via Ultrasonic-Assisted Refluxing

摘要 采用超声波辅助回流法制备了高度对称的柱状氧化锌。通过扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜研究了氧化锌的形貌。实验结果表明,超声波处理和三乙烯四胺的物质的量浓度对氧化锌的特殊形貌的形成起了重要的作用。在此基础上,对氧化锌形成的机理进行了探讨。 Highly symmetric zinc oxide was synthesized by refluxing in the combination of ultrasonic-assisted refluxing method in the presence of triethylenetetramine(TETA).Morphologies and refluxing time-dependent morphologies of ZnO were investigated by SEM and TEM techniques.The experimental results show that both the ultrasonic and the precursor concentration play crucial roles in determining final morphologies of the products.Furthermore,the possible growth mechanisms for these microcrystals were discussed.
