摘要
目的:探讨吻合器痔切闭术治疗混合痔的临床价值。方法:采用国产痔专用吻合器于齿线上方行痔切闭术80例。结果:手术平均用时为15～20min,术后平均住院4.5d,98.7%的患者对手术效果满意。随访2周～5年,无明显复发、狭窄、失禁、排便障碍等并发症。结论:吻合器痔切闭术具有安全、有效、微创、术后痛苦少、住院时间短和恢复快等优点,具有良好的临床推广价值。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical practice value of excision-closed hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods： 80 cases with hemorrhoids were treated by using domestic circular stapler. Results： The average operation time was 15-20 minutes and average hospitalization time after operation was 4.5 days. Patients with 98.7% were satisfied with operation. No recrudescence, anal stenosis, fecal incontinence and bowel movement barrier were occurrence with a follow-up of two weeks to five years. Conclusion： Excision-closed hemorrhoidectomy is safe, effective, micro injury, few pain, short hospitalization time and restore the quick merit. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
