摘要
技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)通常被人们认为是在配额取消、关税减让后所实施的重要贸易限制手段。然而,如果从信息的不确定性和不对称性的交易费用理论来看,技术性贸易壁垒在降低进口国和出口国之间、消费者和生产者之间交易费用方面,具有重要的作用,从而更有利于促进贸易活动的开展和世界整体福利效应的提高。
Standardization of Technological Trade is usually considered to be a measure used to constrain trade volume after quota elimination and tariff reduction.But analysis based on Uncertainty Information and Asymmetry Information indicates that Standardization of Technological Trade plays important role in reducing Transaction Cost between two related parties.One is the importing and exporting country,while the other is the consumer and producer.So Standardization of Technological Trade can promote the development of trade and World＇s welfare.
