摘要
传统的后散射型光学法煤尘浓度传感器的结构空间与响应性能之间不能得到兼顾。本文针对这一问题进行了研究与改进。在前人研究的基础上构建了一种改进的后散射型光电煤尘传感器,对其光电检测部分结构予以优化。
The accurate measurement of dust concentration and on-line detection is of great significance.The traditional scattering-based optical method is not perfect because the space structure of dust concentration sensor and the response performance can not be balanced.In this paper,we focus on the research and improvement of technical problems.Built on the basis of previous studies,an improved photoelectric sensor to measure dust concentration which is based on the method of optical-backscattering is put forward.
