摘要
运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板型电泳技术,对有敌百虫农药作用下不同发育时期拟环纹豹蛛体内酯酶同工酶进行了比较研究,结果发现不同发育时期酯酶同工酶有着较大的差异,酶带数呈现出少-多-少的趋势,6龄期达到峰值。且农药胁迫下拟环纹豹蛛的酯酶同工酶的酶带增多,酶浓度增大。
A comparative study was conducted to the esterase isozymes in Pardosa pseudoannulata at different growth periods under application of trichlorfon pesticide by using the vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technology.The results showed that there were significant differences between esterase isozymes in different growth periods;the number of isozyme band showed a trend of less-more-less,and it reached peak at 6th instar;the concentration of isozymes increased with the increasing number of isozyme band in Pardosa pseudoannulata under the stress of trichlorfon pesticide.
