摘要
通过对比长沙市城区大气污染、水污染、固废污染在长沙市所占的比重,分析了城区生态环境的污染现状及其产生原因。提出要解决城区环境问题,必须走环保新道路:强化环境保护宣传教育,完善地方环保法律法规,加强环保基础设施建设,提高环境监管执法能力,加快环保机制改革,大力发展低碳经济。
Through analyzed the proportion that air pollution,water pollution and solid waste pollution occupied in the pollution of urban area of Changsha City,the status quo of ecological environment pollution in urban area of Changsha and its causes had been analyzed.To solve the environmental issues in urban area,a new road of environmental protection must be chosen,which includes strengthening propaganda and education of environmental protection,perfecting local law of environmental protection,strengthening infrastructure construction of environmental protection,enhancing ability of law enforcement for environmental supervision,accelerating mechanism reformation of environmental protection,and developing low-carbon economy.
