松耦合感应式电能传输技术的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对超声波平行轴珩齿系统中电信号传输方式存在的问题,提出了应用电磁感应原理的新型电信号非接触式传输方式,建立了由超声波电源、非接触传输装置和超声换能器组成的机电系统,并通过电路理论分析,得到了谐振工作时的匹配条件。基于ANSOFT Maxwell 2D仿真软件,分析了制约松耦合感应能量传输系统传输效率的关键因素,对今后松耦合感应电能传输的应用研究具有重大意义。 To solve the problems of electrical signal transmission in ultrasonic gear honing system,the paper proposed a new kind of non-contact electrical signal transmission method based on the principle of electromagnetic in duction,established the electro-mechanical system which composed of the ultrasonic generator,non-contact transmission device and the power converter vibrator,and got the correct matching condition of system resonance from theoretical analysis.Based on ANSOFT Maxwell 2D,the paper analyzed the key points that limit the increase of loosely coupled inductive power transmission(LCIPT) efficiency,and it is very important to the design of LCIPT.
