摘要
"蚁族",大学毕业生聚居群体,被称为继农民、农民工、下岗工人之后出现在中国的又一群体。大量"蚁族"涌入北京后,在给城市作出贡献的同时也引发了一系列社会治安问题。文章通过比较"蚁族"与流动人口的差异,阐明了北京地区"蚁族"的基本状况和治安问题,然后提出要解决"蚁族"存在或潜在的治安问题就要从制度、人口管理、治安综合治理、权益保障以及完善法律法规等方面做好预防性工作,从而为社会和谐与稳定打下基础。
＂ Ants ＂,inhabited by groups of university graduates,is known as another group after farmers,migrant workers and laid-off workers in China.With large number of ＂ Ants ＂ influx in Beijing,it contributes to the city much,and at the same time it also led to a series of social security problems.This article tries to clarify Beijing ＂ Ants ＂ the basic conditions and security problems by comparing the ＂ Ants ＂ and the floating population.Then it proposes solutions to ＂ Ants ＂ or potential security problems from aspects of the system,population management,order,and rights protection and improving the legal.And then it will lay the foundation for social harmony and stability
