摘要
经济犯罪侦查线索是制约经侦工作质量的重要因素,是整个经济犯罪侦查活动的关键。因此,如何最大限度地发现并挖掘经济犯罪侦查线索,并对之进行系统研究已迫在眉睫。文章将经济犯罪侦查线索作为一个系统来进行考察,从基本的概念、特征到侦查线索的价值分析,都有较充分的论述,并对侦查线索获取途径的拓展和现行的经济犯罪侦查线索管理机制的完善作了深刻论述。
The investigate clues of economy crime is an important factor to restrict the quality of economy investigate work,it is the key in the whole economy crime investigation activity.Therefore,how to scoop out the most detection clues of economy crime investigation,and how to carry on the system of research is already very urgent.The thesis makes the economy crime investigation clues as a system to study,and from the basic concept,characteristic and the value of the investigation clues＇s analysis are all fully discussed,ao as to the expand of investigation clues ＇ obtaining path.And what＇s more,it is also elaborated how to perfect the management mechanism of the current economy crime investigation clues.
