摘要
对某桥连续箱梁钢束无法张拉至设计力的质量事故,通过多种手段调查了其原因。调查分析表明其原因是钢绞线连接器挤压套内漏放挤压簧导致钢绞线滑丝。钢绞线放张后凿开连接器附近的混凝土,更换未放挤压簧的连接器和已张拉过的钢绞线,然后采用钢纤维补偿收缩混凝土进行修复。处理效果较理想,证实了该质量事故的原因分析、处理方案是合理的。
Some steel strands of a continuous box girder bridge cannot be pulled to design force. Its reasons are analyzed through different ways. It is shown that the main reason is that the squeezed springs of werent put in the connectors of steel strands. Because of the above reasons, screw sliding occurred between connector and steel strand. To treat these steel strands, the concrete around the connectors is excavated, the connectors whose squeezed springs weren't put in and the steel strands which have been pulled are replaced. Then steel fiber shrinkage - compensating concrete is used for repair the girder which is excavated. The effect of treatment is ideal and it is proven that analysis of reason and countermeasures are reasonable.
