多聚磷酸在SBS改性沥青中的应用研究 被引量:48

摘要 研究了多聚磷酸对SBS改性沥青性能的影响,分别考察了降低SBS用量、基质沥青种类和多聚磷酸用量对克拉玛依沥青改性性能的影响。结果表明:使用多聚磷酸可以在不影响改性沥青的高温性能的情况下降低SBS的用量,提高改性沥青的抗老化性能,降低改性沥青的离析值,但同时改性沥青的低温性能会显著降低;对沥青适当处理有助于得到储存稳定的改性沥青;多聚磷酸用量过大会使沥青粘度显著提高,不利于混合料的施工,用量为1%时较为合适。 Effect of polyphosphofic acid on property of SBS modified asphalt was studied. Affecting factors such as reduction of SBS additive, kinds of matrix asphalt, amount of polyphosphoric acid added on properties of SBS modified asphalt were surveyed. Study have shown that amount of SBS adding can be reduced without impact to high temperature property, when polyphosphoric acid was used in modified asphalt, besides improvement of ageing resistance, value of segregation would declined. But, cryogenic property of modified asphalt will decline remarkably at the same time. Stability of modified asphalt can be acquired by treating asphalt properly. Overdose polyphosphoric acid will lead to increasing of viscosity of asphalt, which will be disadvantageous for mixture to be used, 1% of addition is appropriate.
