A simple ELISA method for characterization of K D value of anti cardiac myosin light chains (CMLC) was developed.CMLC at various concentrations were mixed with a constant amount of CMLC McAb in phosphate buffer.After incubation each mixture was transferred into and incubated in the wells of a microtitration plate previously coated with CMLC, and then reacted with HRP conjugated rabbit antimouse IgG and substrate (TMB) solution.Absorbance was measured at 450 nm. K D values of these three different kinds of CMLC McAb were almost identical,IC 11 D 7:3 9×10 -8 mol/L;2F 6A 4:6 5×10 -8 mol/L and 3F 2G 6:8 0×10 -8 mol/L.ELISA method is a simple and accurate way for characterization of K D value of anti CMLC McAb.
