Micromechanical model of the contact surfaces of stators and rotors in ultrasonic motors

摘要 针对现有超声电机定、转子的接触模型未考虑表面粗糙度的影响,因而不能反映定、转子的实际接触状态这一问题,以定、转子接触的微观力学特性为研究对象,依据分形几何表征摩擦层表面的表面形貌,并通过实验确定了由摩擦材料构成的半球体的相对变形、相对接触面积和相对压力之间的函数关系.建立了考虑表面粗糙度影响的定、转子接触微观力学模型;基于力学模型计算实际接触点数、实际接触面积与总的预压力之间关系.研究结果表明,摩擦层的变形量、接触面积和相对压力之间的呈非线性关系,实际接触面积在名义接触面积的三分之一之内. Since the effects of surface roughness are not considered in the traditional contact model,the model fails to describe the actual results of stator and rotor contact.Micromechanical characteristics of contact between surfaces of stators and rotors were reseached for this paper.First,the surface morphology of the friction layer was simulated by fractal geometry,and the functional relationships between relative deformation,contact area and contact pressure for the hemispheres of the material under friction were tested in experiments.Second,a micromechanic model of stator and rotor contact was established,in which the effects of surface roughness were considered.Finally the number of contact points and contact areas were calculated and their relation with total pressure is researched.The research demonstrated that there are nonliear relations among the deformations of the friction layer,the contact area of stators and rotors,and contact pressure.The real contact areas are less than one third the size of the nominal contact areas.
