摘要
发达国家在劳工标准上对发展中国家出口的产品采取了多种形式的贸易管制,构成新贸易壁垒,即蓝色壁垒。文章首先对蓝色壁垒及相关标准进行了简单介绍,然后深入探讨蓝色壁垒及其相关标准,最后就它们对我国企业出口的积极和消极影响进行了分析,并对如何应对它们给我国企业出口带来的冲击提出几项措施,以期达到在面对发达国家的蓝色壁垒时,能够针对其实施相应的措施,以提高我国企业出口在国际贸易中的地位和竞争力,最终突破蓝色壁垒。
The problem referring to labor standard has a long history.Nowadays the problem that labor standard connects with international trade has inspired worldwide concern among countries and international organizations.The developed countries have enforced different kinds of trade regulations on the product exported from developing countries.These regulations have formulated a new trade barrier called blue trade barrier,the labor-assemble product is the main target of blue trade barrier which is the main export of China.Therefore,at present it is of important realistic meaning to study on blue trade barriers and the countermeasures.This paper first introduces and deeply studies the blue trade barriers and related standard,exported positive and the negative influence on them to our country enterprise has carried on the analysis at last,and puts for several measures for dealing with the impact brought to our export enterprise.Achieves by the time when we face to the blue trade barriers of the developed country,against its we will implement the corresponding measures to improve the trade status and competitiveness of our country export enterprise in international,breaks through the blue trade barriers finally.
