摘要
承接发达地区产业转移,有利于加快欠发达地区的经济发展,尽快缩小与发达地区的差距,但同时也伴随有污染的转移,面临环境恶化风险。理性认识环境风险的动因,积极采取切实有效的防范措施,是欠发达地区承接产业转移过程中必须考虑的战略性问题。
To undertake industrial transfer of the developed local industry shift is advantageous in speeding up the economic development of the less-developed areas and reducing the gap between the developed and less-developed areas as soon as possible,but also accompanied by the pollution and environment worsening risks.The rational knowledge of environment risk factors and positively taking the practical effective guard measures are the strategic issues which must be considered in the process of the acceptance of the industry shift.
