摘要
目的:观察调脂积冲剂的小鼠急性毒性反应。方法:小鼠40只,随机分为给药组和对照组,禁食不禁水12小时后,给药组将调脂积冲剂以最大浓度、最大容积1次灌胃,对照组以等容积的蒸馏水1次灌胃,给药后自由饮食饮水,连续两周观察小鼠体重、行为活动以及死亡情况。结果:给药组小鼠观察期间内无体重及行为活动异常变化,未见死亡。结论:调脂积冲剂对小鼠急性毒性甚低,其最大给药量为329.8g生药/kg,相当于临床剂量的248倍,提示该药相对安全性较高。
Objective：To study the effect of TiaozhiJi Emulsion on acute toxicity in mice.Methods：Forty mice were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.After fasting but not restaining water for 12 h,TiaozhiJi emulsion at a maximum concentration（329.8 g crude drug/kg,equivalent to 248 times of the clinical dose）and maximum capacity was administered intragastrically in the treatment group,while distilled water to the control group.After administration,mice were free to forage and water for 2 weeks and the body weight,behavior events and circumstances of the death were recorded.Results：No abnormality in body weight and behavioral activity was observed in the treatment group.No death was covered.Conclusion：TiaozhiJi emulsion has very low acute toxicity in mice,indicating the safety of the drug in clinical use.
