摘要
目的:观察阶段性健康教育对乳腺癌根治术患者治疗疗效的影响。方法:将147例乳腺癌患者分为实验组89例,对照组58例,2组均给予乳腺癌根治疗术及术前健康指导,实验组同时给予阶段式健康教育。结果:术后功能锻炼预期达标率实验组较对照组高。结论:实施阶段式健康教育对促进乳腺癌根治术后康复具有积极而有效的作用,提高了患者的满意度。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of the stages type of health education in patients with breast cancer patients undergoing. Methods： 147 patients with breast cancer were divided into experimental group（89 cases） and control group （58 cases）. 2 groups were all given the treatment of breast cancer surgery and preoperative root health guidance, while providing periodic health education in the experimental group. Results：The reaching standard rate in the ex- perimental group was higher than the control group for the postoperative functional exercise. Conclusion：The phase type of health education play active and effective role for breast carcinoma patients and enhance the patient satisfaction.
