摘要
在分析目前居民小区车辆出行方式及管理现状的基础上,提出了无人监守的智能控制汽车出入测控系统,介绍了汽车出入通道的双传感器检测方法及对出入车辆的控制原理,详尽说明了车牌照号采集、车牌定位、Robert算子边缘检测及二值化算法的原理。
Based on analyzing the vehicle travel way and the management of current residential area, the unmanned surveillance system is proposed which controls the vehicle access and egress. The dual-sensor detection method and the principle of vehicle control are introduced. And the theory of vehicle license acquisition, license positioning, Robert operator edge detection and binarization algorithm are described in detail.
