基于模拟退火的改进型混合差分演化算法及其在设计波浪要素推算中的应用

摘要 将模拟退火算法与改进的差分演化算法相结合,提出了一种新的混合差分演化算法.通过对标准测试函数优化求解的数值实验,表明该算法的收敛速度和稳健性确有提高,并发现校正变异和校正选择操作的引入相比模拟退火思想更能有效的改进算法的收敛速度和稳健性.以P-Ⅲ型分布为例,分析了设计波浪要素推算的主要问题,以及该算法在设计波浪要素推算中的应用方法,并通过理想样本实验证明了其精确性.最后给出了在成山头海域多年一遇极值波高推算中的应用实例,并与矩法适线结果进行了比较。 Modified differential evolution algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are combined together to form a new algorithm,that is,modified hybrid differential evolution algorithm.It is tested by benchmark functions and turn out to show better robustness and speed.At the same time,this paper discovered that revised mutation,as well as revised selection,is more effective to improve the robustness and speed of the algorithm.With P-Ⅲ distribution as an example,the application of the new algorithm in design wave estimation is discussed.Then,the new algorithm is tested by ideal sample experiment and show good veracity.At the end,an example of applying the new algorithm into design wave estimation in Chengshantou area is given.Comparison between moment method and the new algorithm is also represented.
