摘要
目的:观察生肌玉红膏纱条对肛裂肛周脓肿术后促进创面愈合的疗效。方法:将肛周脓肿术后患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用生肌玉红膏纱条敷于创面,每天便后换药1次;对照组采用凡士林纱条敷于创面,每天便后换药1次,对创面表皮生长速度与创面愈合时间进行对比观察研究。结果:治疗组与对照组在创面表皮生长速度和愈合时间方面均具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:生肌玉红膏纱条对肛周脓肿术后患者能明显加快创面表皮生长,促进创面愈合,缩短愈合时间。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Ointment of Sheng -ji Yu - hong on postoprative anal cleft and perianal abscess in the healing of raw surface. Method ： 40 cases with postoprative perianal abscess were divided into two groups randomly. The cases in treatment group were treated with Ointment of Sheng-ji Yu -hong, change of dressing once a day. And the ones in control group were done with Vaseline Ointment, change of dressing once a day. The growth velocity and the healing time of the raw surface were observed in the two groups. Result： There was significant difference between the two groups on the growth velocity and the heal- ing time of raw surface （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Ointment of Sheng -ji Yu - hong can markedly speed up the growth velocity of the raw surface, improve the healing of the raw surface, and shorten the time of healing.
