摘要
目的:观察乳痛核散颗粒制剂3号治疗乳腺增生病的疗效及安全性。方法:将乳腺专科门诊确诊的乳腺增生病证属痰瘀互结型女性患者1892例随机分为两组。治疗组980例采用自拟的乳痛核散颗粒制剂3号口服,对照组912例口服三苯氧胺片。疗程均为1个月。结果:治疗组治愈524例,显效428例,有效24例,无效4例,总有效率为99.59%(95%CI=99.05%～100.00%);对照组治愈234例,显效310例,有效285例,无效83例,总有效率为90.90%(95%CI=89.03%～92.77%);两组综合疗效比较,差异有非常显著性意义(u=16.8726,P=0.0000)。结论:乳痛核散颗粒剂3号治疗乳腺增生病证属痰瘀互结型疗效明显优于三苯氧胺片,其收益为OR=0.04(95%CI=0.01～0.11),NNT=12(95%CI=10.4～12.9)。
Objective ： To observe the curative effect of No. 3 Granule of Ru - tong He - san on hyperplasia of mammary glands and its safety. Method： 1892 cases with hyperplasia of mammary glands belonging to type of phlegm and stasis interties were divided into two groups randomly. 980 cases in treatment group were treated with No. 3 Granule of Ru- tong He -san orally taken,and 912 ones in control group were done with tamoxifen orally taken. The course of treatment included 1 month. Result： In treatment group 524 cases were recovered,428 ones excellent,24 ones effective,and 4 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 99.59% （95% CI = 99.05% - 100. 00% ）. In control group 234 cases were recovered ,310 ones excellent,285 ones effective, and 83 ones ineffec- tive.
