摘要
通过对枕形袋立式包装机的膜预牵引和成型制袋系统的论述,系统地介绍立式包装机制袋的工作原理,阐明了预牵引系统功能和作用。对牵引驱动系统优缺点比较,得出了各种驱动方式适应和满足的包装速度。纠偏机构是高速包装机不可或缺的机构,通过不同的检测方式控制原理对比分析,双边检测纠偏机构更适合于高速包装机。
Through the description of film pre-traction and forming system of the pillow-shaped package vertical packaging machine,this article systematically explain the operation principle of the machine and the function of the pre-traction system.By comparing the strengths and weaknesses of the driving system of the traction,velocity adapt to different driving system of the traction is obtained to match packing speed.Furthermore,correction institution is indispensable to the high speed packing machine.It is shown that bilateral detecting correction institution is more suitable to the high speed packaging machine by relative analysis the kind of detecting system and principle of control.
