摘要
目的提高临床医师和检验人员对临床危急值报告制度的认识。方法通过对我院两年来50例临床标本的观察,制定检验项目的危急值范围,认真执行检验项目危急值报告制度。结果制定我院血细胞检验4个项目、血栓与止血检验3个项目、血气分析6个项目及生化检验13个项目的危急值范围。结论检验人员须认真地执行检验项目危急值报告制度,以便临床医师能够准确、迅速及时地得知危重病患者的检验信息,使患者得到及时有效的救治。
Objective To enhance the cognitive level of clinician and examiner for urgent value reporting system.Methods To observe 50 clinical samples in 2 years and establish the limit of urgent value of items for inspection,and urgent value reporting system were performed executed.Results The limit of urgent value was established which including haemocyte test four items,thrombus and hemostasis three items,blood gas analysis six items and biochemical test thirteen items.Conclusion Laboratorian should seriously perform urgent value reporting system,so that clinicians can know test information accurately and quickly,patients can receive timely and effective treatment.
