原发性醛固酮增多症导致肾脏损伤的可能机制 被引量:1

摘要 有越来越多的证据表明醛固酮参与肾脏损伤的病理生理过程,醛固酮介导的肾脏损伤是通过诸如氧化应激、炎性反应等相关机制参与组织器官重塑、纤维化等病理生理过程,导致肾脏结构损伤,最终介导不可逆的功能障碍,正因如此醛固酮在参与肾脏损伤的作用已受到人们的广泛关注。下面就醛固酮导致肾脏损伤的可能机制予以综述。 There is increasing evidence indicating the roles of aldosterone in the pathogenesis of renal injury.Aldosterone-induced renal tissue injury associated with oxidative stress,inflammation,organ remodeling and fibration et al,Which Participate the process of pathogenesis.And lead to inreversible dysfunction finally.So,the role of aldosterone dependent renal injury is attracting more focus from people.This review summarizes the potential mechanism responsible for aldosterone dependent renal injury.
