摘要
端面开槽机械密封是为适应高参数工况和追求长寿命而开发的一种新型密封,而径向直线槽机械密封具有可正反旋转的特性,受到密封研究者的重视。本文用有限差分数值方法研究了该类机械密封用于液相时端面间的压力分布.发现端面的压力分布沿径向和周向均有变化,属于两维压力分布问题,并指出径向直线槽能产生足够的流体动、静压力而实现端面的非接触。
The mechanical seal with a grooved face is a new one for high sealing parameters or greatly extending the life Of a seal. The radial groove mechanical seal with the hi directional characteristics has attracted international attentions for its usage. This paper presents a finite difference numerical analysis of the pressure in liquid with the results that thepressure changes along the radial direction and the circumferential direction, which is two dimensional. The results show that a radial groove liquid mechanical seal can be non -- contacting by its hydrodynamic and hydrostatic pressure.
