摘要
本文通过新型穿流式搅拌器在磷石膏一水系统中的理论分析和实验研究,探讨了穿流式搅拌器的构型参数对其搅拌性能的影响,并得出相应的关联式。所有结果表明新型穿流式搅拌器不仅结构简单,且在降低固体的临界悬浮速度和搅拌功率方面有着显著的效果。
in this paper, through the theoretical analysis and the experimental researchof the new type Punched Agitator used in gypsum -- water system, the effect of the PunchedAgitator's structural paramenters on its Agitation Characteristics, and the relevant equationsare obtained. All the experimental results show that the new - tape Punched Agitator is notonly simple in structure, but also has excellently functions in reducing' the solid's criticalspeed and the mixing power consumption.
