摘要
给出了α类蛋白的构建规则，指出了螺旋片段的长短是决定相邻两个片段取向的重要原因．讨论了４螺旋束的构建及理论模式，对α类蛋白的分类进行了补充。
The architecture rules of 3 dimensional structure of α class proteins are discussed.It is shown that the anti parallelity or perpendicularity of two α helices,neighboring in the secondary structure sequence of a protein,is determined by the length of α helix.The 4 α helix bundle is a basic unit of antiparallel α class protein.The topological classification of 4α helix bundle is discussed in detail.The prediction rules for the sub class of α protein are given.
