风湿性心脏病慢性房颤患者血清CRP和右心耳TNF-α蛋白表达研究 被引量:3

Serum C-reactive protein and expression of tumor necrosis factor-αprotein in right auricle of patients with chronic auricular fibrillation due to rheumatic valvular heart disease

摘要 目的观察风湿性心脏瓣膜病慢性心房颤动患者血清C反应蛋白(C-Reactive Protein,CRP)和右心耳肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)蛋白表达的改变。方法将32例接受心脏外科手术的风湿性瓣膜病患者于术中获取的右心耳分为两组,其中窦性心律组11例,慢性房颤组21例,采用免疫比浊法测定所有入选患者的血清C反应蛋白水平,采用免疫组织化学方法评价TNF-α蛋白表达的变化。结果慢性心房颤动患者血清CRP水平显著高于窦性心房心律组(P<0.05)心房肌细胞TNF-α的表达阳性率也显著大于窦性心律组(P<0.05)。结论风湿性心脏瓣膜病慢性房颤患者血清CRP水平和心房组织TNF-α蛋白表达显著增加,炎症反应可能是风湿性心脏瓣膜病慢性房颤患者房颤动发生和维持的机制之一。 Objective To observed the serum C-reactive protein(CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) protein expression in right auricle of patients with chronic atrial fibrillation due to rheumatic valvular disease. Methods Thirty-two patients with chronic atrial fibrillation due to rheumatic heart disease were divided sinus rhythm group(n=11) and chronic atrial fibrillation group(n=21). Serum CRP level was measured by immune rate nephekmetry and TNF-αprotein expression was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The serum CRP level and positive TNF-αprotein expression rate were significantly higher in chronic atrial fibrillation group than in sinus rhythm group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum CRP level and TNF-α protein expression rate are significantly increased in patients with chronic atrial fibrillation due to rheumatic valvular disease. Inflammation may be one of the mechanisms underlying the occurrence and persistence of atrial fibrillation in such patients.
