前交叉韧带重建术后反应性滑膜炎的护理

Nursing of reactive synovitis patients after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament recons-truction

摘要 目的探讨膝关节前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术后反应性滑膜炎的护理。方法 2005-2008年ACL重建患者302例,其中8例发生反应性滑膜炎,男7例,女1例,发生率为2.65%。对术后滑膜炎的患者采用关节镜清理、灌注置管冲洗,术后专科护理、指导康复训练。结果 Lysholm膝关节评分(81.6±9.5)分,膝关节活动度(88.8±8.3)度;Lachman试验和前抽屉试验阳性1例,但无临床症状。结论精心护理及针对性康复锻炼可促进术后反应性滑膜炎康复。 Objective To study the nursing of reactive synovitis patients after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction. Methods ACL was reconstructed for 302 patients in 2005-2008. Among these patients, reactive synovitis occurred in 8 (7 males and 1 female) with an incidence of 2.65%. Arthroscopic debridement and washing were performed for reactive synovitis. The patients were nursed and received rehabilitation training. Results The lysholm score of knee joint was 81.6 ± 9.5 and the motion of knee joint was (88.8 ± 8.3) degree. Lachman and anterior drawer test were positive in 1 patient who had no clinical symptom. Conclusion Careful nursing and targeted rehabilitation exercises can promote recovery of reactive synovitis patients after arthroscopic ACL reconstruction.
