摘要
针对山西伏岩煤矿回采巷道地质条件及开采技术,进行了回采巷道锚杆—金属网—钢筋托梁及预应力锚索补强支护的联合支护设计,以达到满足巷道使用要求及节约成本的目的。采用理论计算及ABAQUS数值模拟相结合的方法,保证支护设计的合理性。通过正确的理论方法,采用合理的计算过程,计算巷道锚网支护参数,从而为类似巷道锚网支护提供合理的理论支持及计算过程。
According to the geological conditions of the mining gateway and the mining technology in Fuyan Mine,Shanxi,a combined support design with the bolt/steel mesh/steel bar beam /pre-stressed anchor was conducted in order to meet the requirements of the gateway application and the purpose of the cost saving.A combined method with the theoretical calculation and ABAQUS numerical simulation was applied to ensure the rationality of the support design.With the correct theoretical method,the rational calculation process was applied to calculate the bolt/steel mesh support parameters of the mining gateway and thus could provide the rational theoretical support and calculation process for the bolt/steel mesh support of the similar gateway.
