摘要
企业知识网络能力是资源基础观、企业网络理论和知识管理理论交叉研究产生的新构念,意指企业构建和管理外部知识网络的能力。在跨组织合作日益频繁的知识经济中,外部知识网络是企业提高绩效和创新能力的重要渠道,深入探索企业知识网络能力具有很强的理论和实践意义。本文利用归纳式建构和演绎式建构相结合的方法,对企业知识网络能力的理论架构进行了探索。在此基础上,研究得出企业知识网络能力的识别方法,并借鉴模糊聚类算法的思想构建了一个多维度的企业知识网络能力测度体系,从而为企业知识网络能力的定性分析和定量测度提供了工具。在研究过程中,本文发现企业知识网络能力有两种提升路径,即企业为主体的内部提升路径和政府为主体的外部提升路径。在实践中,企业需要综合利用普遍性策略、特殊性策略和经济政策来实现企业知识网络能力的提升。
Corporate Knowledge Network Competence (CKNC), which means the competence of constructing and managing knowledge networks, is a crossed construct based on resource-based view, corporate network theory and knowledge management theory. In the knowledge economy, external knowledge networks are the main channel which corporations improve performance and innovation capabilities. So it is necessary to explore the connotation and component dimensions of CKNC. The conclusions of this paper are: ①Using induction and deductive method, we acquire the theoretical framework and recognition methods of CKNC. ②By cluster analysis,we conclude a multidimensional measurement approach of CKNC. ③There are two upgrading paths of CKNC, which named inner upgrading path and external upgrading path. In practice, corporations should utilize various tactics and policy to upgrade CKNC.
