摘要
政府目前仍是我国经济特别是农业发展中最重要的公共政策主体,政府行为对产业的发展有着决定性的影响。以湖北省随州市发展出口食用菌产业为例,分析了政府在外向型农业发展过程中的重要作用、存在的问题及原因,以及应如何改进政府行为,推动产业科学发展的对策。
The government still determines the most important public policies of economy,especially in the development of agriculture. The actions taken by the government have a decisive influence over the development of industries. In this paper, took the development of edible fungus exporting industry in Suizhou of Hubei as an example,the authors analysed the important role,which problems the causes of government process in export-oriented agriculture, and also gave the suggestions on how to improve the government actions,how to promote the scientific development of industry
