湿法超微粉碎提取山茱萸中熊果酸工艺条件的优化 被引量:5

摘要 为了高效提取山茱萸中熊果酸,在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验法对湿法超微粉碎提取山茱萸中熊果酸工艺的条件进行优化,考察了超微粉碎粒度、提取温度、提取时间、乙醇体积分数对熊果酸提取得率的影响。结果表明,较适宜的工艺条件为:粉碎粒度20μm、提取温度70℃、提取时间22min、乙醇体积分数85%,熊果酸得率可达0.213%。湿法超微粉碎提取山茱萸中熊果酸得率高、时间短,是一种提取山茱萸中熊果酸的适宜方法。 This paper is study on the extracting ursolic acid from Cornus offtcinalis effectively. The optimum wet u1trafine grinding extraction (WUGE) technology was optimized with L9 (34) orthogonal test. The influence of grain size,temperature and extraction time as well as ethanol density affected on yield of ursolic acid was studied. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: gap of mill teeth was 20μm, extraction temperature was 70℃, extraction time was 22 minutes and ethanol concentration was 85%, and the extraction yield of ursolic acid was 0.213 %. And the results justified that WUGE technology was a suitable method for extraction ursolic acid from Cornus offtcinalis with high efficiency and short time.
