摘要
本文报告了γ(4,5二苯基2叩恶唑基)丁酸的合成.由于使用了吡啶催化剂,合成的总产率比文献值〔1〕提高了17%.并给出了产物及中间体的物理常数和光谱数据。
Synthesis of γ (4,5 diphenyloxazol 2 yl) butyric acid was reported in this paper. As preparation reaction were carried out by pyridine catalyst, the overall yield of γ (4,5 diphenyloxazol 2 yl) butyric acid has increased by 17% as compared with references indication. Physical constants and spectroscopy data of the product. and intermediate was given. The optimum conditions for synthesis of the intermediate was studied.
