摘要
运用文献资料法，在审视、回顾和分析西北少数民族地区社会、经济、教育的宏观背景前提下，就面向２１世纪西北少数民族地区学校体育的发展提出了确立学校体育可持续发展战略；构建具有民族特色的体育教育课程体系；多梯度推进全民健身计划的实施；加强学校宏观指导与调控等区域性战略选择．
This article has used some historical documents to review,examine and analize the developing courses of the society,economy,culture and education of the northwestern minority autonomous regions.Basing on this,which tries to make a strategic choice of the development of school physical education facing the 21st century in the northwestern minority autonomous regions,thus,we hope to set up a course of physical education in schools,so as to improve the National Body Building Movement in the said regions and offer some reference materials for the development of school physical education in such regions.
