摘要
选用两类合成基础油——酯类油和硅油作为研究对象,通过测定酯类油以及硅油在不同温度时的低温运动粘度,研究了低温条件对合成油性能的影响,总结出合成油低温条件下的运动粘度变化规律以及其粘温性能,为低温性能优良的润滑油的配制提供指导。
Two types of synthetic base oil, ester and silicone, are selected as object to this study. And the low-temperature viscosity of ester and silicone is measured at different temperatures. According to the results of low-temperature viscosity of ester and silicone, the influence of low temperature on synthetic oil is studied. And changing rule of the low-temperature viscosity and the viscosity-temperature property of synthetic oil are summarized. In addition, the study of the low-temperature performance of ester and silicone can provide the guidance for the preparation of lubricating oil with good low-temperature property.
