摘要
分析了传统的纹理映射方法在球面映射中的不足之处,提出了一种运用透视变换原理的纹理映射新方法,并实现了球表面的纹理映射,较好地解决了在球面两极处的走样问题。
The disadvantage of the traditional texture mapping method for the sphere mapping is analyzed in this paper.A new method is presented based on the perspective transformation theory to implement the sphere mapping. Therefore the aliasing problem at the pole of the sphere is solved.This method can also be applied to the other unexpandable surface mapping and polyhedral object mapping with single texture.
