摘要
目的探讨温水冲洗在防治前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的作用。方法将60例前列腺电切术的病人随机分为两组,术后分别用25℃、34℃的生理盐水水冲洗膀胱,观察两组患者术后膀胱痉挛的发生率及持续时间。结果用34℃的生理盐水冲洗膀胱能明显降低前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的发生率及持续时间,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论用34℃温水冲洗膀胱,能减少前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的发生,不但减轻患者的痛苦,也有利于术后恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of warm irrigation fluid in prevention of bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods Sixty cases of patients were divided into two groups at random. After operation, 25 ℃,34 ℃ 0. 9% Sodium chloride were used to transfuse the bladders respectively. The rate and duration of bladder spasm were observed. Result 34 ℃ irrigation fluid could effectively reduced the rate and duration of bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate significantly（p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion 34℃ irrigation fluid could decrease the incidence of bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate, not only alleviated the pain of patients but promote postoperative recovery also.
