摘要
以烷基多苷(APG)为原料,用邻苯二甲酸酐单酯化后经NaOH中和,合成了标题化合物(PAPGS),对溶剂用量、催化剂种类和用量、反应温度、反应时间、原料配比等条件进行了探讨,在优化的实验条件下获得了81.33%的收率,经提纯后PAPGS的纯度可达93.20%;同时对产物的各项性能进行了测定和说明,测定结果表明PAPGS为比较优良的阴离子表面活性剂。
A new surfactant,sodium phthalate of alkylpolyglycosides(PAPGS),was synthesized by esterifying the alkyl-polyglycosides(APG) with phthalic anhydride followed by neutralizing the monoester with NaOH.The effects of solvent dosage,types and dosages of catalysts,reaction temperature,reaction time,and feed ratio were examined.Under the optimum conditions,the yield of PAPGS was 81.33% with its purity reaching 93.20% after purification treatment.Properties of the product were determined and reviewed.The test results indicated that PAPGS is a better anionic surfactant.
