摘要
在短枝(针叶束)嫁接技术系列研究报道(Ⅰ)中,着重讨论了接穗取材,嫁接时间、嫁接方法等因子对嫁接成活、保存率和萌芽率的影响。短枝嫁接繁殖系数为常规嫁接的40~60倍,最佳处理组合成活率和萌芽率可达90%以上。油松短枝嫁接是当前油松无性繁殖中切实可行的方法。
This paper is one of the serial reports of the study on brachy-blast grafting with Pinus tablaefomis. The influence of the origin of scions, grafting seasons and methods on survival, preservation and sprouting fo grafted brachyblasts is discussed. In optimum, over 90 per cent of grafting plants can survive and sprout. The multiplication coefficient increases by 40 to 60 times as compared with the conventional methods.Therefore, brachyblast grafting is one of the most effective methods for vegetative propagation of the species at present time.
