阴道延长及卵巢移位术治疗年轻宫颈癌患者的临床研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究宫颈癌根治术的同时行阴道延长及卵巢移位术对提高年轻患者生存质量的意义。方法 41例手术适应证的年轻宫颈癌患者,30例(研究组)在根治术的同时行卵巢移位和阴道延长术;11例(对照组)行常规根治术。观察两组术后阴道长度及性生活满意度,用化学发光法检测患者手术前、后血清促卵泡素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平,并进行统计学分析。结果研究组术后阴道长度长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组手术前后血清FSH、E2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴道延长及卵巢移位术可提高年轻宫颈癌患者的术后生存质量。
