介绍了一种塑壳式断路器触头弹跳与同步性自动测试台。该测试台采用先进的数据采集技术,将数据误差减少到最小,触头测试过程完全符合实际运动过程,测试数据精度高,直观性强。运用该测试台能够准确、可靠地检测触头的弹跳时间与同步性,操作方便,设备简单,具有广泛的实用性。
A new automatic test equipment of moulded case circuit breaker（MCCB） contact stagger time and contact synchronization was presented.The advanced technique of data acquisition had been used in the test method.The technique could reduce the deviation of the data.The test process of the contact was the same with the actual action.The result of this test was more credible.Using the equipment was exact and reliable to test the contact-stagger time and contact synchronization.The test function of the method was convenient and extensive.
